By using the R1C1 Converter Add-on (“Add-on”) for Google Sheets, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Add-on.
Purpose: The Add-on is designed to convert R1C1 formulas to A1 notation in Google Sheets and store original formulas for later viewing.
Eligibility: You must have a Google Account and access to Google Sheets to use the Add-on.
License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or sell the Add-on. You may not use the Add-on for illegal purposes or to harm others.
Ensure your use of the Add-on complies with Google’s Terms of Service and applicable laws.
Protect your Google Account credentials, as you are responsible for any activity under your account.
The Add-on, including its code and design, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright law.
You retain ownership of your Google Sheets data, including any formulas created or converted by the Add-on.
The Add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
We are not responsible for errors in formula conversions or data loss due to Google Sheets’ limitations or user actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Add-on.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Add-on, if any.
You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from Google Workspace Marketplace.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Add-on if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Add-on.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Add-on or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Add-on constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country, e.g., California, USA], without regard to conflict of law principles.
